Order terms and conditions of the Easy Ticket Service

• A lump sum is charged by Easy Ticket Service per order for the despatch of your tickets.
• Payment is by bank debit entry, Eurocard/Mastercard or Visa.
• Note on data protection: Personal details taken during the order, such as name, address or credit card number are used by Easy Ticket Service solely to process your order(s). We require your e-mail address to send you confirmation of your order.

Business terms and conditions of the organiser for ticket sale via Easy Ticket Service

1. Contractual relations - regarding the event itself - arise through the purchase of the entry ticket solely between the buyer of the entry ticket and the organiser, not with Easy Ticket Service (a business wing of Veranstaltungsgesellschaft Stuttgart mbH & Co. KG).
2. The terms of the Young Persons’ Protection Act apply.
3. The organiser has no influence on the form, length, content or volume of the event.
4. At concerts, due to the volume, there is possible the possibility of risk to hearing and health.
5. Compensation claims, for whatever legal reason, are excluded, unless the organiser, its legal or vicarious agents have acted deliberately or with gross negligence. Compensation claims deriving from the impossibility of providing the service and default are, in the event of slight negligence, limited to the extent of the foreseeable loss. This does not apply to claims to loss of life, injury or damage to health.
6. The carrying of glass containers, cans, fireworks, torches and weapons is generally forbidden. In the event of non-observance, such persons will be evicted from the site. A search is carried out at the entry point. Security has been instructed to carry out body searches.
7. The right to deny entry for a cogent reason (against reimbursement of the nominal value of the entry ticket) remains reserved.
8. The carrying of recording equipment, film, photo and video cameras is in principle not permitted. Sound, image and video recordings – even for private use – are in principle forbidden. Violation will be prosecuted under criminal law. Exceptions are to be made known by the organiser.
9. The organiser reserves the right to alter the place or time/date of the event. The claim to reimbursement of the nominal value of the entry ticket for the above reason only applies until the time of the concert.
10. If the event is cancelled, the ticket holder may receive from the organiser the entry price for up to two weeks after the originally-planned event minus processing charge against return of the entry ticket at the advance sales point where the ticket was purchased. In the event of rescheduling, the ticket will only be taken back up to the date of the final event. Otherwise return or exchange of the ticket is excluded. 
11. The organiser reserves the right to amend the support show without prior notification.
12. The entry ticket loses its validity on leaving the event site.
13. The organiser is not liable for lost or stolen articles.
14. The purchase of tickets for re-sale is in general not permitted.
15. Only buy your entry tickets at the designated advance sales points.
16. When parking follow the instructions of the Security personnel. The holder of the entry ticket parks his vehicle at his own risk. To preserve the environment, please use public transport.
